Damaged Books

If your paper books arrived damaged, first of all, I apologize profusely.

Let me know within 10 days of receiving the books, and send a picture of the damage. You will get your choice of a refund or a replacement of the order.

I Changed My Mind

All of my paper-based books are printed on demand. That means that printing starts after you submit your order, usually within one working day. Once production has started, costs have been incurred, and the order cannot be cancelled.

Ebooks

Once an ebook has been delivered, refunds are not possible.
